3. Order Processing Time

10. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the delivery agent cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to the courier hub.
- Please contact support to reschedule delivery.

All ZEITEL products are packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
- Extra protection may be used for electronic items.
